The following rates include the use of a Polycom 512 system plus document camera in our 8-person ACCJ meeting room. Charges are based on 15-minute increments, with a 1-hour minimum. At least 24-hour advance notice is requested, subject to availability. Fee includes boardroom, system, and communications fee (when call is dialled from Tokyo).

Need a larger room? Our 40-person meeting room is also available (extra charges may apply, depending on the nature of your meeting).
