The following videoconference meeting room rate includes the use of a Polycom ViewStation 512 (with document camera on request) in our Business Salon boardroom. Charges are based on 15-minute increments, with a 1-hour minimum (90-minute minimum between 8 pm and 8 am). Larger meeting rooms are also available, holding from 10 - 50 people and more.
